If you have carried out the booking via the App and you have pre-booked your ride, the booking can be cancelled by selecting the ‘Upcoming Rides’ in the ‘My Rides’ section, and selecting ‘Cancel Cab’. Once the booking has been cancelled you will receive a notification stating that booking has been cancelled.
\nIf you have booked your ASAP ride, the option will display on the main map, on the right hand side of the screen.
