How can I contact my driver?

If you booked via phone you would need to contact our office who can put you through to your driver – this can only be done if the trip has already been accepted by the driver. You will also receive a text message when the cab is approaching which includes the driver’s contact number and the vehicle registration number.
If the booking was placed through the Blue App, you will be able to see the driver’s details on your booking information once your trip has been accepted and/or while the trip is in progress.
You cannot contact a driver once a trip has ended. Should you have any issues, or have left something behind in the car, kindly contact us on 0376448980.
