Payment methods
We offer three different payment methods: Cash, Card or Invoice.
If a booking has already been placed, and upon booking the payment method was set as ‘Cash’, you can go on your Upcoming bookings and edit the payment from there. Once you are in the vehicle and your ride has commenced, the driver can only accept cash unless the booking has been placed through the Blue Mobile Application. In this case you may choose to change the payment method from Cash to Card or vice versa even if the ride has already commenced.
You may only pay by card through our mobile application – this also includes Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Payment can also be placed on Invoice (Corporate or Personal) and you will be invoiced at the end of the month.
